FSG offers a holistic approach to the commercial and business market. This concept is the product of years of assessment and market evaluation by an association of business people with extensive experience in fields such as marketing & sales, branding, finance and financial services, business broking and commercial and retail property sales. The group aims to alleviate the traditional problems experienced in business by removing the clutter which allows our clients to see the woods AND the trees.  WHY FSG: Financial institutions are following a world trend of outsourcing. The problem is that it is a very slow process and the only area where real inroads have been made is in the outsourcing of finance applications for residential bonds. As we have been involved in this area since inception, we have come to understand that the outsourcing of this function has lead to competition between financial institutions, ultimately benefiting the client. Unfortunately, in recent times, this trend has been reversed by the financial institutions as monopolies were formed and the banks were literally held hostage by these monopolies. This led to the banks and in turn FSG, curtailing this service. The NCA (National Credit Act) has further restricted this industry to become virtually non-existent This realisation led us to explore other solutions of a financial nature which would benefit our clients. We believe that we have achieved this by facilitating the entire process as it relates to all our services. This includes a profiling service and business match for potential entrepreneurs wishing to acquire their own business, through to the sourcing of commercial property such as shopping centres, office complexes, hotels, etc. most suited to a particular investor; whether private or institutional. If funding is required for this investment, it is arranged with the most appropriate financial institution.  Offshore borrowings for the acquisition of property can be arranged for foreigners on amounts above £100 000 This is our target market and these are the areas of concern which we attempt to resolve, whilst leaving the client to continue with the important day to day activity of running his business or property investment portfolio. |
